DEED OF FOUNDATION

The organization was founded on the 7th of April 1998 and named the Tete Morne Social Arm, T.Y.S.A for short however the group was renamed to Tete Morne Youth Social Action in 2006. This body is a non-profit organization aimed at creating more self reliant (independent), social, responsible and respectable young DRUG FREE people in society.

Article 2- DESCRIPTION

2.1 - This is a non-profit organisation dedicated to reducing drug use and the abuse of harmful substances among the youth in the community of Tete Morne. The group is also geared towards the positive re-enforcement of individuals and the development of decent and respectable programs which will motiveate people and hence EASE UP DE FRUSTRATION.

2.2 - Definition Of Key Terms:

Harmful substances are any substances that cause an individual to act in a manner, which is contary to his normal behaviour. These Substances include both legal and illegal.
